Molasses Cookies

You’ll need:
1- 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup water
3 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. all spice
What to do:
Step 1: Blend all dry ingredients together.
Step 2: Slowly fold in all wet ingredients. Mixture will have to be mixed with a wooden spoon.
Step 3: Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and form into cookie shapes, then press down on each cookie and sprinkle with Truvia or Spenda sweetener.
Step 4: Bake at 350F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.

Shortbread Cookies

You’ll need
1/2 cup margarine
1- 1/2 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla quattro protein powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. organic sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla stevia
What to do:
Step 1: In large mixing bowl blend all ingredients together. The mixture will be on the thicker side. Roll into small balls and flatten with palm. Take a fork and poke small holes all over cookie. Powder extra organic sugar on top (optional)
Step 2: Bake at 350 for 12 mins or until golden brown.
