30 Minute Body Cardio And Strength Workout

For each set, complete each exercise for 20 seconds and take a 10 second rest in between exercises. Complete each set twice with 1 minute rest in between rounds. All you’ll need are dumbbells, a jump rope, and a place to move around.

 

Set 1: Cardio and core

Jumping Jacks
Plank Jacks
Burpees
Lying Straight-leg Raises
High Knees
Plank Up Downs
Lying Oblique Crunches (R)
Lying Oblique Crunches (L)

 

Set 2: Upper body and cardio

Jump Rope (Single Jump)
Push-ups
Jump Rope (Double Jump)
Standing DB Overhead Triceps Extension
Jump Rope (Skips)
Standing DB Lateral Shoulder Raise
Jump Rope (Jump of Choice)
Standing DB Alternating Bicep Curls

 

Set 3: Lower body and core

DB Walking Lunges
Supermans
DB Stiff-Leg Deadlifts
High Plank Alternating Leg Lifts
Squat Pulse
Straight-leg crunches
DB Alternating Curtsy Lunge
Plank Hip Dips
